I am leaving this review as a helping hand, i started taking as a supplement that i had just bought from the diet store. The effects have been understanding for me. I have not even tried to do any activity, but wanted to see results with no effort. honestly… with a bad diet because of my work schedule i did notice the difference in energy levels. Now for the ultimate test… i will be hitting the gym routinely for a fat loss and slim down for the next two months… looking to reduce the weight by 25 lbs and get back in to a size 28-29 waist size… i am currently border line 34-35 in some jeans, where others are a comfortable ( not tight) jeans at a waist size of 36… so with out measuring properly… the belly hangs over the waist line so i know if i can see my feet…(which currently i can see the tips of my toes) i will have succeeded the goal….
